Oliver joined Next Capital in 2023 and is involved with the firm’s investments in Country Care Group and InterHealthcare.

Prior to joining Next Capital, Oliver was at Odyssey Private Equity, having previously been with Sovereign Capital in London. Oliver started his career in Investment Banking with HSBC where he was a member of the Financial Sponsors Group.
