Investment Philosophy

We seek productive partnerships with the management and co-owners of investee companies to create value for all concerned. These partnerships must be active, resilient and capable of standing the test of time and, importantly, should provide an enjoyable atmosphere in which to conduct business.

We will examine proposals for partnerships in all areas other than real estate, early-stage transactions and natural resources.
