We invest in companies with experienced management who embrace our participation and can operate larger businesses.

We look for partnership opportunities with businesses that have a strong market position with reliable cash flows and high growth prospects.

For the partnership to realise its full potential, the business should be open to a long-term equity stakeholding and the partners' growth and exit aspirations should be aligned.

We also invest in businesses with a prudent approach to technology risk and low exposure to fluctuations in commodity prices or exchange rates.

Our investments will target businesses with an enterprise value of between A$50million and A$250 million, with proven partners available to help us complete larger transactions in a timely fashion.
