Next will also consider investing in businesses with a prudent approach to technology risk and low exposure to fluctuations in commodity prices or exchange rates.

Typically the investments are targeted on businesses with an enterprise value of between A$50million and A$250 million, with proven partners available to help complete larger transactions in a timely fashion.
